ControlOS
A private planning and attention-management system
ControlOS helps its owner reconcile calendar availability, personal work commitments and owner-approved tasks into a realistic weekly plan.
Current availability: ControlOS is a private, personal-use pilot. It is not offered for public signup and does not provide services to other Google users.
How Google data is used
- Google Calendar: ControlOS reads the owner's selected calendars to understand busy and available time. It writes planning and focus blocks only to the dedicated ControlOS calendar; it does not rewrite source events.
- Gmail: when the owner explicitly connects a pilot mailbox, ControlOS uses read-only access to identify owner commitments, waiting items and task signals. Raw message bodies are processed transiently and are not retained as a mailbox copy.
Google data is used only to provide these owner-requested planning functions. ControlOS does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send email on the owner's behalf. Employer-gated connectors and external sending remain disabled.
Full details, including storage, security, retention and revocation, are in the ControlOS Privacy Policy.
